OSA Valve also provides Valve Management Programmes including Inventory Management
where customers’ valves are held in storage at our facilities to facilitate quick
turnaround based on exchange of valves from their spare pools. Such programmes would
work on regular servicing intervals both on routine as well as during shutdowns.
The purpose of such programmes is to maximize valve usage using a changeout of internals
to facilitate changing valve set pressure requirements. It would include spare part
management, wherever interchangeability and commonality program can be incorporated
based on specific valve make.

With the combination of information gathering HART and Fieldbus Positioners and
the Online Valve Diagnostics (OVD) equipment, coupled with ValvKeep, OSA Valve provides
the full package.
For Safety Valves, we offer online Electronic Valve Testing (EVT) servkes. EVT is
an auxiliary lifting device to determine the set pressure of a spring loaded relief
valve without putting the valve into a lift condition. This allows the testing of
valves on line without the need of removing them and the elimination of the need
to overpressure systems to do live in line tests. Such tests will detect any defective
operating valves in service anytime without waiting for shutdown to determine results.

Center (MARC) for Control Valves, a fully reliable and authenticated Repair Center

the supply of genuine spare parts. As a member of a Dresser web supply chain of
MARCs and GTCs, it allows us to tap into the inventory of fellow members to source
for urgent spares, hence faster delivery of spare parts which in turn means a quicker
